I Thought Of You

by Katie   Oct 12, 2007

Tears fears and blood smears
They are calling, demons demanding me
A confused mixture of emotions.
Somewhere between laughs and cries,

I thought of you

And I was paralysed sprawled out upon an operating table. Dissecting my disposition.
You are my anti-depressant. My stabiliser and tranquilliser.
You chill the senses and slow the reactions.
But what is a life in limbo?
Let me live so let me leave.
It was not love but a pleasant listlessness.
