Let her live.

He gazes down at his beloved wife
Feels her cheek, cold as ice
He feels a tear escape his eye
Please oh please don't let her die!

Floating softly, all pain gone
This is Bliss. no pain at all
Something warm touches her cheek
She doesn't bother to take a peak

He sits on a stool beside her bed
Holds her cold hand crying now
He screams "What did she ever do to you?"
Now the nurse is crying too

She's floating lightly on her back
Wondering why she's suddenly sad
She hears something but can't make it out
But it was something, without a doubt

He dries his tears and asks how long
The nurse looks up and shakes her head
She doesn't know she must be dying
Suddenly again he starts crying

Her eyes are closed she hasn't moved
But somethings there, she can hear
There's someone calling her name
Wonders if this other world will be The same

He calls her name softly with love
Please come back Anya please
He thinks he sees her eyelash twitch
No more crying but she flicks the switch

She can hear him now, crying softly
She loves this man oh god she does
She tries with her might to move her hand
It's like trying to hold onto sand

He feels her move her hand a bit
He calls the nurse in joy and terror
She opens her eyes and looks at him
His body and face must be sin

He's beautiful was all she thought
Don't know him well, memories fogged
He smiled at me see he did again
OH! I remember you my husband Ken!

She opens her mouth and whispers his name
Thank god, he thinks, you saved her
He hugs his wife and looks above
Thank you god for all this love

That stanza didnt exactly go with the entire rhythm. The rest of the poem had amazing rhythm though. The rhyme scheme was great! The whole poem in general was really good. It was a sweet story. Great job!
