Forever, Me and I

by Michael   Oct 13, 2007

Still night,
Awkward moment,
Heavy breathing,
I can still hear you, hear me.

Sheets cover our skin,
The moonlight lathers us,
Our heartbeats are slowly entwining us.

Mind says turn away,
Love commands me to look into his eyes,
We are the same and the different.

I can feel your warmth sink,
The sweat slithers down,
The purity of our skins,
Love getting more physical.

When I look into our eyes,
Fear is but a fleeting nightmare,
As you and I,
Carry ourselves into slumber,
Flying off to our dreams.
