Rough Justice

by traceybilsbarrow   Oct 13, 2007

I have a special nephew
who i can call a friend,
hes a special lad, whos heart is big,,
dont get me wrong so is his dig.
He'll hold his own to anyone,
he wont take no shit
anyone he cares for he will do his bit.
Trust is really important,
not many does he trust,
he holds a gift like i do, he senses if things fit,
okay hes been in trouble
he took that way of life,
but hes never hurt no-one,
never took nothing from the poor,
but in the courts eyes,
i guess the laws the law!
In the dock co accused,
for stealing from the queen,
may go away for years,
the laws not all it seems?
The systems all to f### now
the judges there all bent,
doing deals with the police behind closed doors
making rules up on the way,
no the laws f##### up today
making sure they have him,
you make no mistake
no forensic, no evidence found,
mistaken identitys too,
tell me how do you fight them,
tell me what to do
double figure sentances, threatened just to you,
take the deal plead your guilt today,
or when we go to trial i'll say
Robbery one is the new charge,
your case of innosense will fall apart,,
your trial is over before it starts
5/10 it carries,
no-one got hurt, no violence used
now its up to the jury or can they choose........

next case up for the same judge,
is for a pedophile
who hurt small kids to bad to describe,
done it for years,
scarred them for life
done sickening things to them all thier life
what sentence does this judge bring!
12 months in segregation wing!
Where no-one can hurt him for doing those things
meeting others like him
making new friends
waiting to get out to do it again

you tell me which one is justice!!!
