Pain pierces through me like a knife
air gets caught in my throat, i struggle to breathe
my heart thuds intensely with pain
for every breath that doesn't leave
my heart drains of will power
and slowly it dies
my eyelids are past its capacity
of holding back the tears i cry
my heart live in a bottomless state of misery
where it forever descends
i spend eternity with sorrow
as i bear a heart that never mends
trust shot me with deception
disguised as a bullet freed from a pistol
the devil walked into my life
and walked out with my soul
