My love for you was to be forever
but you said its was never
the clock is ticking
our love is not worth fixing

another lonely day
without your face
i miss your kiss
and i stand here and cry

at the end of the dock
i see you
with another
so i go to the pew

god can
do so much
but he has failed
to make this love
what its supposed to be
