I Know This One Girl...

by Cassy   Oct 16, 2007

I know this one girl,
And I know her very well.
I know the tears, the fears, the secrets,
That she would never tell.

Did you know she cries at night?
Lying on her bathroom floor.
She threw away her life; she failed.
She cries behind locked doors.

Do you know her biggest fear?
She's afraid to have no one there.
She's afraid to be all alone,
With nobody to hear or care.

Her secrets are the scars she hides,
That stain her bed sheets red.
She has 26 scars on her right arm,
To remind her of how she bled.

I know this one girl,
And I know her very well.
I know the tears, the fears, the secrets,
That she would never tell.
