Starlight, Star-bright first star I see tonight.
I wish I may, I wish I might that

I'm so tired of the tears.
The pain that keeps me awake at night.
I'm asking you to send someone who will hold me tight

another night wishing he was there.
No one wants to face this world alone.
It was never meant to be this way, to dread every single morning.
There's no reason to wake up.
All the color has faded from my world,
leaving only black and white.
The ones closest to me have disappeared leaving only ashes.
And as I walk this trail of despair I wonder if I'm only getting what I deserve.
I'm sorry for whatever it is I've done to bring this upon myself, oh God I'm so sorry.
Please have mercy on me, let me feel what its like to truly be alive, to feel something other then this depression.
I'm crying out so that I may be healed.
I never want to live this life without you..
