The Man of My Dreams

I'm looking for him,
A guy that is nice.
I know nobody is perfect,
But I just want a kind guy.
Someone I can run to,
When I need his warm embrace.

I want someone,
Who is interested,
In me and what I do.

A sweet sensitive guy,
One that will stand,
For everything he believes in.

One that will like me,
For who I am,
Not what I look like.

One who will understand,
My poems about love.
One who will write them to,
And we will write,
Together as one.

One who will comfort me,
In my time of need.
And one that will be there,
Always waiting for me.

Not the selfish popular guys,
Or the ones that are so mean.
But a normal guy,
Who is very sweet.

I will like him back,
For who he is,
Even if he isn't cute.
Because those things,
Don't really matter.

All that matters is that,
We will be in love,
Forever and ever.
And we will be together,
For eternity.

The man of my dreams,
Will love me,
Till the end of my life.
And I will love him,
Forever in my life.

But I'm still looking,
Searching for him,
Hoping to sometime find,
The man of my dreams.
