I love this poem, because strangely I feel I can relate to (but probably in a different context than you wrote it).

I compare the wall being built to my tendency to never let people get to close to me, and the blood and sweat to how high I hold it in my priority list.

I have trust issues lol.

I can relate to this greatly written piece. Your descriptions in it are flawless, you expressed emotions excellently.
I like the rhymes and the flow a lot, everything in this poem fits together well.
My favorite stanza is:

-No windows, or doors or even a light
Shall grace my self-made cell
I'm choosing to fight my war alone
Inside this dark and gloomy hell-
