This isn't the best love poem

Sleep soundly with your mind at ease
Hugging you tight, the seconds I spend
This is the moment that will last in my heart
These are the times I don't want to end

I would never let you fall down
I'll stand up with you forever more
I want to be the one you call
I want to be the one you'll adore

Years go by and seasons change
Feelings change but not for me
Though love is new I still think
That day with you will forever be

The future is bleak, the present I know
I'd do so much because I love you
This isn't the best love poem
But its the best I could do
