Road Rage

by MyEscape   Oct 19, 2007

Have you ever been on the road
Behind some really old man
Questioned his driving abilites
And the license he has on hand?

They can't decipher the lines
Or see between yellow and white.
Their turn signal's on too soon
Then they go left, not right.

What's up with the "third" lane?
Are they really just that blind?
I think demensia's playing games
With what's left of their minds.

I think when you hit eighty
You subtract 20 from the speed.
I've been doing 35 in a 55
'Cause this old lady's in front of me.

Why do they drive in the fast lane
When deciding to drive so slow?
I think they should be ticketed
From simply refusing to go.

They should be retested
When they hit sixty-five.
There would be a lot less people
Who were allowed to drive.

I bet it's all for kicks.
And they find pleasure in our pain.
I bet behind tinted windows
Their laughter's uncontained.

I pray I'm never like that
When I become that age
Because old people are the reason
We have so much road rage.
