She's Back (anorexia)

Oh no she's back
I can hear her coming
Shes creeping slowly
She's trying to be quiet
Quiet like a mouse
But I can hear her coming
I am getting quite scared
She is getting closer
I dont know what to do
Who do I turn to
Where do I go
Who can help me
In keeping her away
She is getting closer now
I can almost see her
Im so frightened now
I dont know what to do
I dont know what to say
She is nearly here
I can hear her quite loud now
She is no longer being quiet
She is no longer like a mouse
I can see her now
Clear as clear today
I scream and scream
But she just laughs in my face
Why is she back
To help me she says
I tell her I dont need her
Im getting on quite well now
She tells me to smile
And wipes away my tears
Tells me not to be scared
Tells me to be brave
She is here to help me
To get me through each day
I stand up slowly and look her in the eye
She stares back at me and has me hypnotised
She gives me my first lesson of the day
She tells me im worthless
And I nod and agree
I ask her what she wants me to do first
Go run 10 miles long is her reply
