The Tower Yonder

by Saori   Oct 20, 2007

Imprison me in the tower yonder,
For now my heart and mind need not ponder.
For my eyes cannot hold the beauty
Of the world I see before me.

Just lock me and throw away the key.
For what am I with out the love of thee?
What for the well is with out water?
What for the seal is with out letter?

You are the dream I wish to dream again
For your grace cannot be captured by pen.
And to me your face seems fanciful
Or are my eyes being untruthful?

I choose to live a life of seclusion
Live in the tower yonder 'til my destruction.
For the world and I are unworthy
To face your impeccable beauty.
