Evil lurks all around us
In all shapes and forms
Watching our every move
Waiting for us to mess up
So they are soothed

That knife is one
The one that might be
Right next to you
The evil makes you do it
As you find pleasure in the pain you do

It's also those drugs
Making you even more unaware
Of your surroundings
Makes you do stupid things
Keeps you're nearly dead heart pounding

It can get in your mind
Laughing while it does it
Because it sees your suffering
And it is filled with joy
Because it knows it was their bringing

Fight the evil
It has one weakness
The one element all bad fears
And that is love
Which can be in your life all of your years
