Just because I'm not always around
doesn't mean that your far from my heart,
And just because I'm growing up
Doesn't mean we'll be driven apart,

You and i will always have that bond
that Ive always deep down inside known,
And what will never cease to amaze me
is the love through the years you have shown,

Even when at times i have hurt you
you forgave me with your loving ways,
The size of your heart and soul
Is like a beauty filled, enormous maze,

but just Like a newly grown butterfly
i have to spread my wings and go,
just like an inexperienced caterpillar
has to leave it's ca coon to grow,

but you'll always be my beautiful mother
and your daughter ill always be,
and Nothing could ever change
what you'll always mean to me....
