Wild as the Flowers

by Serina the Squid   Oct 22, 2007

Wild as the flowers
left out in the sun
Lips as soft as lillies
and softened battles won
We are the far side of forever
and the last of angels done

not so sweet as simple
we are music's weaving chords
for sound without a reason
is the best that's ever shored

a smile is the queen of things
and tears cannot conceive
the happiest I've ever been
is in the simplest of things

I love this...I was smiling throughout reading this, the imagery you put into this was stunning, so vivid and intense.

Flow was once again perfect throughout the piece, and I disagree with the poster above, I think the depth in this piece is fine as it is.

    Beautiful.

Nope. Feelings toward a person. The vague sense has meaning.

Beautiful. That's honestly all I can think of to say. You made the words dance, in this poem.
