I'll see you on the other side
Cuz it's time for me to go
I've held on as long as I could
But now I'm letting go

I've been an angry person
Full of hate and pain
I've faked a lot of smiles
So you'd think I was "okay"

They put me on medication
and sent me to a thearpist
I'm left with this empty feeling
That no one can fix

I've tried distraction
Hiding from myself
When I look into the mirror
I see somebody else

Time heals all wounds
At least thats what they say
But I've run out of time
My life's fading away
