your craze for new things could be used with care,

you wouldnt have been teased by the girls around,
your aptitude for learning could have earned you fame,
all the dreams that you saw might have been reality,
and may be you would not like to stay alone in dark,

Now you cant turn back the years of this pinching pain,
nor can you forget the ignorant mistakes you made,
I clearly see that your mother is the one who ruined it all,
run into her room to blame her loudly for the downfall,
she could well surprise you by a change this time and
may be she slaps you back to bring the tears held in your eyes
