Scars adorn her arms
Bruises cover her face
She's just another troubled teen
That's fallen from grace

Another troubled teen
With a razor in hand
She's taken and taken
All she can stand

Another troubled teen
With an alcoholic dad
With the drinking and yelling
Bruises he adds

Another troubled teen
Who's fallen apart
Another lost soul
With a lonely shattered heart

Another troubled teen
With no will to survive
She cuts and she bleeds
Longing to die

Another troubled teen
With no were to run
Hopes, dreams, and ambitions...
NONE

Another troubled teen
Fallen from grace
Scarred arms
Bruised face

    This touched me deeply, because I know exact feeling that you're describing here. Whole poem is greatly written, so emotional and powerful. This is one of those haunting, hard- to -forget poems.
    You did great job with rhymes, too, and created good flow in every part.
    The ending is also truly effective.
