Dreamers

by Beautiful Chaos   Oct 24, 2007

Are there still dreamers,
Both day and night,
Illusionists who slumber,
Like seers in light.

Soothsayers of mercy,
Visionaries of truth,
Old souls of wonder,
Reincarnated youth,

Are there still dancers,
Who prance in the breeze,
Leap into madness,
Sway with the trees.

Twirl on their toes,
Weave through the night,
Flashing their soul,
With each moves delight,

Is there still passion,
Hearts made of fire,
Do people still strive,
To love and inspire?

Can we blaze into glory,
Without bringing death,
Dance with the dreamers,
Before our last breath.

I usually have issues with a strict rhyming scheme, but I think you did an amazing job with it. Very fluid and the message is clear.

    Very nice.
