Window Sunrise

by Cindy   Oct 25, 2007

Watching the beautiful sunrise
Through my window screen
One of God's many wonders
Leaving feelings so serene

Colors so bright and vibrant
Reds, oranges, purples and gold
Paint the Eastern sky
A picture to behold

Gentle breeze whispering
Through the old oak tree
Natures morning performance
What a wondrous sight to see

As the sun gets higher
And the colors disappear
Get a feeling of contentment
Erasing night-time fears

This is the view from my window of the sunrise

    Dear Cindy,

if only each of us could see the wonder behind those golden drops of sunshine always, so much of our fears would just disappear. there's so much beauty in Nature - it's only us that don't see.

    beautiful writing.

    good luck to you

Cindy my dear friend ... you have put a smile upon my face reading this poem and looking at such a beautiful picture of tranquility.

When nightfall comes to those of us who hate the dark it is so wonderful to know ... that tomorrow when the sun rises it will be a beautiful day.

    Wonderful read my dear friend
    Love ya
