Is Whispering Nothing?

by Beautiful Chaos   Oct 25, 2007

Sweet words fall upon my ear,
None can see,
And none can hear,

You whisper softly in the night,
I shiver wildly,
In delight.

Your tongue is silent in the sun,
Afraid to burn,
Lies undone.

You do not speak for all to hear,
Only whispers,
In my ear.

Is it shame, I do not know,
My only wish,
To let you go.

Silence not, the love you hold,
If it's true,
If you're bold.

Shout it out, into the sky,
Where dreamers dance,
And angels fly.

Pull me back into your arms,
Seduce me with,
Your simple charms.

I thought the flow was right on and nothing seemed forced. The last two stanzas blew me away. Well done *5/5*
