The Perfect Bow

by AMoreMIo   Oct 25, 2007

The Ribbon is coming undone.
The Red Laces are swiftly moving
Unraveling the Perfect bow
That it had created.
Soon everything that was tightly tied
was moving into its own disunity.

They fall
They break
They shatter
They make their isolated holes
Never to be held by that same ribbon again

The Red laces of that beautiful Ribbon
So smooth and tender it lyes there
waiting...
To be tied in that Perfect Bow
again

Great poem. I like it. It's sad when friends split up. I've lost a couple like dat but ya know everything happens for a reason. A problem is opportunity knockin at the door. Great job 5/5
