All Alone,& to Stay

Sitting here alone,
Laying here in bed,
Heart softly pounding,
I take raspy breaths,
Blood leaking from my temple,
I see only red,
Biting down hard on fate,
My thoughts slip away,
Its only me and im left here to stay.
