She's finally over the past,
only good things last.
depression was her flaw,
now she's shown it the door.
frowns were her expression,
now smiles are her illustration.
she's learned wrong from right,
now her mistakes help her fight.
love was the cure for it all,
now music is the way to not fall.
she promises on her life knowing she means more,
but some promised are ridiculous and not worth caring for.
friends put her down like a fool,
now they cherish her smile that shines bright like never before.
