Don't Say You Tried

by Laura Lamarca   Oct 26, 2007

This is our world, but do we care?
Our people are suffering everywhere;
let's look
to take some time
and tell them all,
'cos soon they'll fall
and we'll all wish they wasn't there
and if we tell to all, they may not fall.

This is our world
as people learn to climb again
no pain...

Don't ever say you tried
to lead them through this life;
Don't ever say you cried
for their last strife.

We'll raise our voice until we're heard
give people a choice with these,
our words;
We'll all shout as people crowd
sing our compassion loud
to all needy hearts, to hope
and if we tell to all,
they may not fall.

This is our world
as people learn to climb again
no pain...

Don't ever say you tried
to lead them through this life;
Don't ever say you cried
for their last strife.

La-de-da-de-da
La-de-da-de-da
La-de-da-de-da
La-da-de-da

Don't ever say you tried
to lead them through this life,
don't ever say you tried
to lead them through this life;
Don't ever say you cried
for their last strife
...don't...
