A Dragon's Beauty

by Lovelon Rules   Oct 26, 2007

How deep did you feel the wounds
Of love's bitter caress

The knife is a party that moans
From your feet up to your breast

How is agony so refreshing
And joy is nothing but mere hate

Your beauty is what kisses me
But at the conclusion, leaves me irate

Oh sinister beacon, how foul
Your love for me seems to be

This is neither affection, nor hurt
In between, you will set free

How deep did you feel the wounds
Of love's bitter caress

The dragon is slayed in reminiscence
Its memory held at breast
