We were the best of friends
we were like sisters
i belived you every time
when you said that you would change
but then when it didnt work
i wanted to change
but you wouldnt let me
you said that i was to overprotective
but how can i be your friend if i dont care what happens to you
how can i be your friend if i let you throw your life away!!
did you think of that when you told me to get out of your life?
did you think of what you would do if you were in my shoes?
i bet you didnt
and when you come round
and see what you did was wrong
i cant say that i will still be here
and i cant say that i will still want to be your friend
but what i can say
is that i will always love you
but at the moment
you dont seem to love me.
