Poser

by Auntie Tay   Oct 27, 2007

You make fun of her,
Then you turn around
And tell her you love her.
You damn poser.

You make fun of them,
Then you turn around
And secretly wish you were one of them.
You damn poser.

You have no true friends,
They all lie and cheat.
You want out, but you can't get free.
You poser.

You dug a hole you can't get out of,
And nobody wants to help.
Now you're alone with no one around.
You poser.

Hurting, hating,
Lying, cheating,
All of them,
Get you no where.

Be yourself,
Be who you want to be
Not what others,
Want you to be.

You might lose old friends,
But new ones will spring up,
And you won't have to pretend,
You won't have to pose.
