Sunset on the Horizon

by Hazel   Oct 27, 2007

A majestic grandeur laying on her horizon
Will capture any painter's simplest illusion

Maybe the mystery lies behind the shades
Its complex effect to earthly flame

The lure of beauty between happiness and lies
Just above and beyond that thin line

Pure warmth silently transcends
Remarkable connection only they could comprehend

Slowly now darkness covered the sky
Deeply its glow sinks to bid goodbye

The stars above only wish is to see
Cigarettes and Cigars looking up to thee

Around the world separated by the ocean
Not really prepared to lose her companion
