There are many things I wish would happen to me
I hate to say it but I know you will have to agree
I wish I had a boyfriend that I actually like
One that will not say GO TAKE A HIKE
I wish I was pretty like the girls in magazines
Where I could be pretty in just a top and some jeans
I wish I had more talents not just poetry
To be smart enough for a masters degree
I wish I would stop wishing and like what I have got
There are more important things then just looking hot
And boyfriends are just a waste of time
And it is a wonderful talent to be able to rhyme
