Goodbye my love.

by Helene   Oct 28, 2007

She's got that sad look in her eye,
Like she's about to say goodbye,
And the words are coming closer,
You know you're gonna cry.
Your heart is getting heavy
And your strength just ran away,
you're fragile and you're scared because
of what she's about to say.

Your life is flashing by and
All the moments that you shared,
You ask her if she remembers
She said she loved you and she cared.
Suddenly the things you thought you knew,
just doesn't matter,
and everything you learned from life,
is pointless now without her.

She looks at you like it's too late,
to say the things you're saying,
Trying to explain how
she's been secretly betraying,
And all the things you promised her
just shattered on the floor,
you'll lose your will to live
the second she'll walk out that door.

"Please, just give it one more try,
You'll kill me if you say goodbye,
I beg you, I'm on my crying knees,
I'm imploring please, please, please..!"
She wipes away a teardrop and
wish you'll understand,
whispers then "goodbye my love"
and lets go of your hand..

Yours
Sember Ardens obsession
