I loved those lines. I'd like to say we all feel like this at some point in our lives. I've felt that, maybe sometimes I do, heh. As i've said before; I love the simplicity of your poems. They are amazing. Never stop! And thanks for the comment, it was actually a fairly old poem. Hehe.

Very touching poem ingrid , indeed, but how can you set a sould free and how can you put it in a cage,
today is the first day i have been set free again after 7 years my sould have been nin prison
