Mirror on the Wall

by Libby Vella   Oct 29, 2007

Looking in the mirror what do you see?
I see a girl in so much pain trusting in her misery
You may look at me and see a girl thats just as happy as could be
Strong enough to hold herself never needing any help

Sitting at home makes me think
My sanity is on the brink
So much memories running through my head
They are the ones I always dread

When I close my eyes I see
A room full of mirrors surrounding me
Showing what I'm really like
It's a sight I really unlike

I think about it all the time
Looking in those mirrors is so sublime
Showing me a normal girl
One that's going through a lot of hell

It's a sight I really unlike should be dislike,. but apart from that it was a well written poem, abit cliche' but you expressed it great.
