You said you never wanted to hurt me;

So did you close your eyes when you saw me cry?
And block your ears when I was telling you how much you hurt me?
Because I know when I'm near you,
You can still feel my pain,
But I suppose you close your heart of to that aswell...

    How true is this quote! "I never meant to hurt you" is used so often as some kind of excuse for their behaviour, when they could see perfectly well the destruction they were doing...As if were supposed to turn round and say "well thats ok then, ill blame myself for my broken heart, because you never meant to hurt me." -
