To my rapist

by Lameez Petersen   Oct 29, 2007

You looked at me in a strange way, I stared right back at you. Told myself to make eye contact and looked you straight in the face. Immediately saw that something wrong, the guy suddenly had a frown. My gut told me u undressing me but thought lets give u the doubt. Like an x-ray you scanned me, rapped visually that is no doubt. My focus turned from u to my stop and realised I now need to get out. As I get up, u do the same and then I knew it was that game. Out we get yet my blood pumps fast, will my virginity now not last?

Your footsteps slowly sounding behind and a cold hand pull me down. All I remember was praying right through, asking God to please forgive you. When you were done, u looked at me and told me God just saved your life.

All brushed up as you slapped me around; I pulled up my pantie and slowly moved on. Resenting myself throughout the years for not fighting you off because of fears. You broke my spirit to live a life of a sister, a mother and maybe a wife.

Aw! This is so sad! If this really happened to you and I think it did...
How do you go on when someone takes from you the thing that is most personal of all?
I hope that in time the scars will fade..

May God shine his light upon you and comfort you always:)
