Holding On -

I`m holding on to yesterday, because today don`t mean a thing;
i`m holding on to yesterday, and the happiness it brings.

i`m not living for today, because it just brings me pain;
i`m not living for today, because today won`t ever change.

i`m not thinking of tomorrow, because today will be my last;
i`m not thinking of tomorrow, because i`m still thinking of my past.

    Very sad, but well put. I mean we manage to make it to tomorrow, but there are times where it's like we are still living in the past. Like how you put it.
