Timeless Phantasm

by Kel   Oct 30, 2007

Upon the dark void we sit,
looking to be whole,
trying out whichever parts that fit,
feeling as though you're losing you're soul.

Inner demons that we exorcise,
in order to blend in with the others,
struggling to keep our lives in reprive,
but still keeping in touch with our sisters or brothers.

As years pass like minutes,
making us take our careful steps,
emotions burn like sunfire within us,
having the most sacred possessions we kept.

To see in darkness is hard,
like staring into a deep, dark chasm,
picking up our shattered shards,
have you met this Timeless Phantasm.
