The child with no heart,
cries and cries because her parents are apart,
happened 10 years ago,
never was her parents so close,
she didn't know that it was going to happen,
she lost her heart, she reminded people of a demons,
she lost her care, her kindness,
always in fear and always cautious,
never let anyone get close to her in fear of them being lost,
she knew that her parents had problems but never knew shed pay the cost,
she torn between two houses, and two other people, don't know who they are just there for her mom and dad,
ever since she was seven she walks around with a frown, being sad,
don't know herself, don't no one else either,
she cries looking at the picture of her mom and dad smiling at each other that sits on the dresser,
she give anything to go back to those days,
but each day passes shes all alone, and all her memories start to fade,
her mom is hard worker never home,
her dads at work he to is always gone,
she left at the house with brother and pillows she like to hold,
feeling in the dark, alone and cold.

ten days before Christmas because her parents are apart,
ten years ago and is not over it yet,
the times when her daddy came home late at night are memories she won't forget,
and when shed help her mommy cook supper in the kitchen, on a stool,
now i miss those times and i feel like a fool,
i know it stupid to say, but i miss the moments we had,
even though when they were together they were mostly mad,
its hard to grow up in a house of broken hearts,
but most of all its hard to live a life without a heart because your parents are apart
