The girl who said no

by Kyle   Nov 1, 2007

There she is the girl who was once of your dreams,
she walks there head hung down, it saddens me.
she sees you there just staring with open eyes,
she sees you with her...suddenly she cries.

you gave her up, just cuz she wouldnt put out,
you broke her heart because of doubt
that she would ever give you what you wanted...
but to her...hearing your words she's torn and haunted.

"i love you, and if you love me, you'll do this"
you say as you move in for a kiss.
shes moves back and the tears flow from her eyes,
"why do you want this? no! im not ready, please stop! why?"

you pretend not to hear her, as you get rough,
but she pushes and shoves, shes too tough.
you get mad, walk out and hurt her heart,
shes cries there alone sobbing in the dark.

she realizes you never loved her or even cared,
crying in the darkness her heart silently tears.
all you wanted was sex, its all you showed,
so you broke her heart becuase she said no.

next week you find another girl to try and munipulate,
just because you were stupid enough not to wait.
as she sees you holding her tight,
you whispering lies in her ear, this isnt right

she says to herself as she walks away,
"karma will get him one day"
she smiles knowing she saved herself for a love so true,
for someone who truly cares and loves her too.

just a story i wrote that hopefully will teach something to someone.

I so wish my "friend" could've read this all those years ago. I still wish I could show her this without hurting her feelings because she still doesn't know how to say no.
