Broken relationship

Your lies my tears
my hopes my fear
your kisses breaks my heart
what tears me apart is
us a broken relationship

i believed every word
you told me
i kept the promise inside
my heart
now the promise is broken
my heart that held the promise is broken

us is a broken relationship

my tears are dried
my hopes are not what i fear
there no broken relationship

there is no broken promise
inside my bruised heart
