Forget-Me-Not

by Wings Of Flames   Nov 3, 2007

Into my head are blessings,
That my heart shall not play,
Inside I am far lusting,
That perhaps you shall stay,

The strings strumming boldly,
With stars lost and waiting,
My eyes heave with oceans,
And my love is still debating,

Prick my finger and in blood,
My heart shall run true,
Stab my heart in guilt,
And still in love with you,

Fallen are we all,
To the knees of what went,
Blessed with simple words,
But with no action spent,

And I pray to your heart,
That your ice shall run hot,
Please dearest friend of mine,
Do forget-me-not.

This was so heatrbreaking, and at the same time so beautifully written.

The emotion and depth you put into this piece were wonderfully done, and easily felt by the reader, while the imagery you created painted very vivid pictures in my mind.

The flow was good throughout the piece and I found the overall poem to be touching and very moving.

    Beautifully written.

I was a bit confused when i read it the first time, and had to read it again. I still wasn't clear on what you were trying to say, but I still liked it.
