Graceful Light

I see her in the distance and no one knows but me
She shines like gold and silver and walks so gracefully
The gown she wears is blinding in the beautiful bright light
I long to run toward her and hold her close and tight
But now she holds her hand up and tells me to slow down
She says she has to leave me
I cry, No please not now
she locks me in her arms so tight
and tells me shell be back someday
I feel a pulling towards darkness but wish I could stay
I wake up in my bed alone and cry until the morning comes
