I Remember All The Bad Times, I'm Living Them Today -

by sexyCheckers   Nov 5, 2007

I remember the good times,
When we used to laugh,
The camping out on winter nights,
Laying below the stars.

I remember the bad times,
When he used to yell,
I used to block my ears,
Wishing myself out of this hell.

I remember the good times,
Surfing at goolwa beach,
And all the good morals, and manners,
That he tried to each.

I remember the bad times,
When I would do something wrong,
He would hit me and leave a scar,
The pain would go on for so long.

I remember the good times,
When he tucked me into say good night,
I used to say my prays,
And then he'd turn off the light.

I remember the bad times,
When he used to make me cry,
Making me feel insecure,
Like I'd never be able to love another guy.

I remember the good times,
But they're slowly fading away,
And the bad times keep recurring,
Making me feel like I need to get away.

I remember all the bad times,
Because I'm living them today,
He yells, He hits me, He doesn't love me.
I need to get away.

To My Dad.
