Frozen Dessert (Balassi)

by OHgreenman   Nov 5, 2007

Scaling beanstalk of green
Enter castle unseen
Giant asleep snoring loud
Tiptoeing quietly
Feeling rather gutsy
Climbed where noone was allowed
Now stripping down naked
Coldness shrinking my head
I'm no longer well endowed

Ice cream cold on my rear
eyes beginning to tear
Bellowing out a large scream
Sinking low in the bowl
Blue giant eye's patrol
Arousing from heavy dream
We're locked in frightening stares
Scooping me up with care
Death immanent, so it seems

I loved this poem Greenie! It was really adorable and amusing. I found it to make me laugh from start to finish and was quite cute to tell you the truth. An amazing read from you which has made my day with a smile.

Nice thing to read when you wake up first thing in the morning!
