PC I Will Not Be

by Bill Turner   Nov 5, 2007

Rocketing through life
Like a bullet through the brain
Shattering the psyche of all I touch
Leaving a splatter of thought
A smatter of what not

Forcing many to face themselves
Seeing the darkness within
A reflection they try to hide
As they redden from the grin
Burying the smirk deep within

Politically correct they have no fun
Life taken by unseen pressure
Spineless, unable to stand
Quivering behind a perceived right
Slinking quietly into the darkness and night

Brazen and loud, thoughts pouring out
Saying all that I think and feel
Standing firm and tall
If you do not like what I say
Cover your ears and walk away

    Bill
What a very deep and intense piece.

Brazen and loud, thoughts pouring out
Saying all that I think and feel
    Standing firm and tall
If you do not like what I say
Cover your ears and walk away

    Love your ending.
    Take Care Cindy
