Arms of a stranger

So i run to the arms of a stranger
to hold me, guide me, and help me to survive
I'm feeling, I'm dreaming, so afraid ill have to hide
Don't hurt me now, Don't let me down
I'm still fragile from the breakaway
i cant be around, the ones that i know
the only safe place for me, is in the arms of a stranger

wont you take me in and guide me through
help me see past the shadows
I'm too far gone and so far lost
to ever turn around and come back home
its a quarter to tomorrow and I'm on the edge
I'm slipping and falling, its breaking again

I've been so broken up
shaken up, torn down,a and built back up
I'm guarded protected wont be hurting again
i fled from you to find someplace
to rest my head and call it a day
i could not find a sanctuary
other than in the arms of a stranger

    Whoa.. this is very powerful. running into the arms of a stranger hmm... it might help. the stranger might help me more then the ones that care. whoa.. very nicely writen . Please do keep it. i shall be reading on.

    I loved this piece. it was beautiful. very deep and touching. and the title was perfect.

    i loved those lines the most. they really caught my attention, and i had to reread it over again to get the feeling. especially the first two lines, i could really relate to. you did a wonderful job on this. 5/5.
