Stop,
Just for a moment.
Breathe in and out,
Relax.

Time,
No longer exists.
Its just you and Earth,
Together.

Feel,
Let the sun warm you.
Allow the grass to tickle you,
Laugh.

Smell,
Inhale the softly blowing breeze.
Hear the song of Mother Earth,
Listen.

Taste,
Freedom in your heart.
Examine the rainbow,
Look.

Learn,
Use your knowledge for the best.
Let others follow your example,
Lead.
