Read my lips

by KristinM   Nov 6, 2007

You didn't know what was coming,
You had no idea I could be this strong.
You looked at me like you'd seen a ghost,
Did I surprise you that much?
You mumbled some silly words,
Trying to be funny.
But the words I didn't hear
Hurted me and everyone enough.
You can't take a no.

You never realized that I could say goodbye.
You though you had the power all along.
But my mouth can open,
And words can come out.
And I do got feelings,
And I'm not that afraid of sharing.
So read my lips as I say goodbye.
Cause obvious, two times isn't enough.
I've had it to the top.

Try to listen when I speak,
I'm not talking just for fun.
Try to read my eyes,
Don't you know there's a reason why I cry?
Listen to the words I'm not saying,
Can't you read my lips?
Understand this little words I'm saying ;
No.
I'm done with you.
